With more than 18 years of experience as a physical therapist, Amber is dedicated to helping individuals recover from orthopedic injuries, reduce pain, and return to the active lifestyles they value. She specializes in orthopedic care and finds her greatest fulfillment in delivering personalized, one-on-one treatment that empowers her clients to move confidently and live fully.
Amber earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and holds a Certification in Manual Physical Therapy (CMPT), reflecting her commitment to advanced, hands-on care and clinical excellence. Her approach combines evidence-based treatment with individualized attention, allowing time to fully understand each person’s goals, challenges, and lifestyle.
Through her concierge, cash-based practice, Amber provides a higher level of accessibility, convenience, and personalized care—free from many of the limitations of traditional insurance-based models. She offers extended one-on-one sessions, flexible scheduling, and tailored treatment plans designed to support each client’s unique goals, whether that means returning to golf, staying active in the community, or simply moving without pain.

Jamie Haines PT, DScPT, NCS

With more than three decades of experience in neurologic rehabilitation, Jamie is dedicated to helping individuals improve mobility, maintain independence, and navigate neurologic conditions with greater confidence. She specializes in treating Parkinson’s disease, stroke, balance and dizziness disorders, and other neurologic conditions, with a deeply personalized approach centered on meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Jamie is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS), a distinction held by only a small percentage of physical therapists nationwide. She is also certified in LSVT BIG and PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery), providing specialized, evidence-based treatment programs designed to support neuroplastic change and improve functional movement.
Her approach combines advanced neurologic expertise with individualized, one-on-one care—allowing time for deeper assessment, precision in treatment, and a true partnership in the rehabilitation process. Through concierge-style care, Jamie prioritizes understanding each client’s unique goals and creating treatment plans that support long-term function, mobility, and quality of life.
Beyond patient care, Jamie has served as a nationally recognized educator, researcher, and speaker. As a former Associate Professor and Neurologic Curriculum Coordinator at Central Michigan University, she helped train future physical therapists while contributing to research and innovation in neurologic rehabilitation. Her work has been presented nationally and internationally, including at the World Congress of Parkinson’s Disease.
